NSTC’s marketing strategy revolves around revitalizing the Afghan brand of fruits, and
differentiating these premium fruits from those currently available on the market. An essential
element to NSTC’s success will be to rebuild trading relationships with customers in its target
markets by providing a reliable and consistent premium product.
We are recognized as best in the business for sourcing, packing, processing and distribution of our products to our Middle East, India, Moscow, Europe, and Turkey customers in selected market segments.

NSTC’s processing facility and facility will be strategically in Herat Jebrial District and the New center will be constructed in Kabul Industrial Park. The NSTC processing facility will house the packing and sorting equipment, along with NSTC’s offices. The NSTC facility will be in close proximity to the center for collecting dried fruits such as almonds, walnut, raisins and apricot it will be the lowest cost center to collecting products.
NSTC is committed to providing a unique dried fruits product to the world from its processing facility and offices located in the Herat and Kabul in Afghanistan. In achieving this goal, NSTC will rely on the following core principles:
The Afghanistan is home to a largely under-utilized and under-educated pool of workers. Through its training program, NSTC’s goal is to recruit, train, and groom these local workers for skilled long-term positions at the NSTC center. NSTC intends to create a pool of workers with skills that can benefit NSTC’s operations in years to come, while providing transferable vocational skills to local workers.

NSTC intends to rebuild the image of the Afghanistan Dried fruits as the best dried fruits in the world. In order to do this, NSTC must export only the best dried fruits Afghanistan has to offer, and will adhere to internationally recognized sanitary standards.
